Nothing

Then again, having the thought of driving a car that slid 2 times in town junctions due to understeering and weight shifting due to unconscious heavy braking tend to make driving a little bit more pleasurable.. Hitting more than 2.5x than the proposed town driving speed limit to avoid accidents and unsuspected accidents..

Of course, going through all this would be the result of lack of concentration.  Everybody knows that no matter what sort of drive you're planning to take, concentration's the top priority.

Having overloaded thoughts on this mind can be either a good thing; or a bad thing.

I never knew that the smell of burnt rubber could last from the drive until you park the car in the parking lot.  Smells horrible.. But listening to the tyres screech.. If it was a series of chord progression that took place in a song, I'd say that tyres screeching would be the heaviest sounding diminished chord in Death Metal, the most soulful chord in Blues, and the jazziest in Jazz.

But one thing that bothers me with all of these Japanese junkyards.  Having motorboats like the Camry pisses me off.  Revving the engine to 5.999k rpm just to hear the voice of the engine.. wanting to enjoy that sweet sound, and before you know it, it hits 6k rev and you're in the next gear -_-.

Destroying the gearbox was fun.  Finally got to feel that wonderful knockback response.. that response that you can never ever get unless your car comes with a manual gearbox with a clutch.  That response whenever you tap on the acceleration pedal, you move with an instant without waiting for at least 2 seconds to catch up to that required speed.

Someone get me into the Sepang race track!  I want space..........................

Also, not forgetting that the instant brakes for the Camry makes the ride a less pleasurable one.  One slight tap, and Jesus.. You'll feel like as if Penang Island got struck a meteor with the size of Russia.  Funny how the 2.0e and 2.4v varies when it comes to braking power.. 2.4v is less jerkier..

Or maybe it's the stretching of the gear ratio per gear when you let off the gas pedal?

Varieties..

The urge of that instant response..The foot on this automated gearbox with no bloody acceleration brings a yawn.. Look at Jeremy Clarkson in Top Gear.. Most of the cars he likes brings a.. kiddish smile XD

Also, what really makes me miss a manual vehicle (this includes bikes, yes) would be that smooth ride you're able to control.  Because I never liked feeling a car that jerks back and gives you a prancing blast of power around a corner when you're taking a town drive even if you have the best gas control.. for an automatic.  And hearing all of that petrol being consumed in a car which is known to be fuel efficient by the Japanese, no?  Hmmm.  After all, God gave us a pair of hands and a pair of legs to invent and work things out.  For humans, they have invented the car where the right hand works the steering, left for the gear shift and hand brake, right leg for gas and brake pedal, and the left leg for the clutch.  Not a sleeping left leg doing nothing where the other three still controls the car.  Or make that 2 since the gears doesn't need to be controled.

Talk about fuel efficiency.  Who needs all that when you're going to be burning the same amount of petrol for a distance your car is going to prance..?  This is when the best manufacturers of driving passion kicks in.  No, not Germans, but Italians.  You see them in movies, they're white, wearing black suits, a.k.a Mafia, and they're just scary when you see them.

Other than that, you see them driving cars that makes everybody feel alive with all of that horsepower.  Ferraris.. Lamborginies (before Audi bought them over, I suppose?) and well, the Italian trademark - Alfa Romeos.

Oooo.. The thought of it makes me want to steal one and just waste petrol.. The sweet sound of the engine revs.. The driving passion..The feel.. The idiots you can shut up when they boast about their ride and how big their exhaust pipes are..

TEH POWAH!!!!!!!

Sweet joy!

But then again, motorsports or vehicles isn't my thing.  Although the urge of mindless driving inside and outside of Penang past midnights, music still speaks the soul.

How I wish that cars didn't ruin my life in music.  Boo hoo.. Give me my talent back, you demonic machines!

Vroom vroom.

Now, let us see how well a Mazda performs in the hands of British nutheads - Top Gear.  XD
