So. Today was the first time I ever visited General Hospital. You can say, without the help of my ex-schoolmate, Tan Wei Sern, I wouldn't have got to Hock Hock's ward.


We didn't manage to get in the ward for the first time because the visiting hours were over.. So we went to XNet, where we opened a couple of whoop-ass cans in DOTA.. except that our asses got whooped, instead.


We managed to get back to the 2nd floor, ward 9, and the 19th bed. Of course, it was rather hard to look for the poor patient because of the other patients around... Damn..


Of course, being a guy, the first thing I would see would be girls.. And yes, that did help.. because I spotted his sister. LOL.


... I then found out, his 3rd sister travelled all the way from KL just to see how his poor brother was doing..


I managed to see him in green pj's and of course, surrounded by a large group of girls. And ex-westlanders. Lucky kid. Lol.


But, of course, I couldn't help noticing his swollen lips. He told us how he got into the accident. Some old fool couldn't make up his mind about this stupid little corner, and just got into Hock Hock's way while he was travelling at 60 ~ 70kmph (assumed) around about 9.15 at Sa Tiao Loh.. He got a wound on his knee, which has 2 stitches.. A couple of scratches on his legs and hands. Scratches on his shoulders.


And when he said that his helmet was thrown away because it was covered of blood from the inside, I wouldn't dare imagine what pain he has endured.


And of course, with his face still in perfect condition, except for his lips, I then realised that his lips tore on the inside.


Yep.. On the top and bottom of his inner lips, he had a total of 20 stitches. And if I'm not mistaken, he needs to wear braces because of his teeth.


He has difficulties in eating the food they provided there.. And I did wanted to see how he would suck his porridge through his straw. LOL.


But other than that, he's A-OK, I guess. Right now, as I'm typing this journal, his father is there, taking care of him.. After his dad takes care of him for 8 hours, his sister will take over for 10 hours, then continued by his 3rd sister for 6 hours.


He's a tough kid. Looking at him, I think he would not have the phobia of riding bikes again after he's ok, AFTER a few months of riding it, of course. Or maybe he would just be like Rooshster.. just like how she's scared to take the bike licence..


I guess that can be understood. I'm just glad he's still alive.
