Today was simply amazing.  It's been so long since I last enjoyed fooling around with music.  As some of you know, Tuesdays are the days where Uglymen jam in their little studio in Jelutong.  Today it was a little bit different for them.

Because I was there.

Not on guitars; but on the mic O_O

(I think if Yvonne and Rooshie are reading this, they would be laughing their guts out by now.)

The original plan was for Uglymen to have some fun with Metallica, while I try to be James Hetfield.  As expected, I failed.  Not only that, after Uglymen tossed the mic to me, I became James Hetfield, then became Axel Rose (by singing Sweet Child O' Mine), then temporary became a famous pedophile, Michael Jackson (by singing Smooth Criminal), then temporarily screwed up the honour of doing Kurt Kobain (Smells like teen spirit and Come As You Are).  So many classics, but I can't even remember the damned lyrics.

And bloody hell.  I've lost my voice.  You know how powerful James Hetfield's voice can be.  And you know how high Axel Rose can go.  BAH.  The next thing you'll know is that Michael'll ask me to sing Don't Wanna Miss a Thing by Aerosmith. O_O

After that, I became Michael Lee of Uglymen by taking the vocals for Love Bubble Tea and Do-Mi-Do - which i forgot the lyrics to, AGAIN. -_-

Boooo hooo ... BUT it was fun!  When we were doing Sweet Child O Mine, Michael had a ciggaweed in his mouth, had his M1 strapped real low, and a towel in his back pocket (???) and imitated Slash when he was pulling off his soloes.  With his wireless unit, he was moving around the whole jamming studio.

But when they did Knockin' On Heaven's Door, I can tell that Michael was beginning to become restless.  He grabbed an extra pair of drum sticks and help Tai Suan played fills and rolls at the end of the bars.

Damn crazy lah they all :')..... It's great to see them again, honestly.










Until my mum called me up and asked me to go straight back home because she wanted to go to Simpang Ampat and accused me for not telling her that I was going back not so soon -_- .. Had to leave Metal, Michael and Tai Suan.. again :(.. I'm sorry guys, I'll make it up to you when I'm back in Penang again!!! <3

I had fun XD..  But it won't be fun anymore after Seok Kheng posts up our... Music Videos T________________T
